邮件里请包含
- 你希望处理的问题类型,以及相关页面链接或 Skill 名称。
- 账号相关问题请使用注册邮箱发送,或说明需要核验身份的邮箱。
- 滥用、安全或侵权问题请附上截图、链接、复现步骤和你希望的处理方式。
- 数据删除请求请说明要删除账号、评论、发布的 Skill,还是全部账号数据。
响应时间
我们会优先处理账号安全、隐私和滥用问题。普通反馈通常按收到顺序处理;如果请求需要身份核验或第三方信息,可能需要更长时间。

What We Handle
- Incorrect skill listings, stale links, wrong categories, duplicate entries, or missing information.
- Account sign-in, email verification, password reset, sessions, notification preferences, or redeem code issues.
- Privacy, account data export, or deletion requests.
- Abuse, spam, malicious links, infringement complaints, or security vulnerability reports.
- Community partnerships, curated lists, content suggestions, and product feedback.
What to Include
- The type of issue you want handled, plus relevant page links or skill names.
- For account issues, write from your registered email address or identify the email we need to verify.
- For abuse, security, or infringement issues, include screenshots, links, reproduction steps, and the action you are requesting.
- For deletion requests, specify whether you want to delete your account, comments, published skills, or all account data.
Response Time
We prioritize account security, privacy, and abuse issues. General feedback is usually handled in the order received. Requests that require identity verification or third-party information may take longer.
